Grief Class Begins Jan 24

Kathy Pyrc is offering a special seven-week Monday Night class for those grieving the loss of a loved one. Maybe this grief is very new for you, or it could be that your loss occurred several years ago. Whether the loss is recent or more distant, perhaps you would benefit from sharing with others who have also been on this journey of suffering.

Discuss Topics: Journeying Openly with Grief, The Grief Brain, Toward or Away from God, Lament: Words for the Grief Journey, Isolation and Community - A Delicate Balance, Grief and Hope. The class will use the book Journey with Grief by Larry Warner (purchase recommended; available on Amazon: paperback - $10.95, Kindle - $8.75). We will meet from 6:30-8pm every Monday, starting Jan 24, via Zoom.
